Next part of the project get some 1/4 inch plate. Draw out the new winch base. Use the plasma cutter to cut the rough version and punch the initial holes for the bolts. Next I clamp the winch base to the rough version and drill out the holes to the right size and at the right location. Later I'll use the bench grinder to clean up all the edges.
